This week, 5L spent the day at the Learning Centre in Camden learning to program robots. At first, they only moved the EV3 robot forwards, backwards and in circles but by the end of the day, they’d built mini versions of the Mars Rover! They created algorithms that made the robots react to colours so that they could be let loose to investigate craters. Effective communication between the robot and human members of each team was definitely a necessity!
